BuildMap is a construction-focused digital platform to help users discover construction-related information, tools, calculators, building material suppliers, contractors, architects, engineers, skilled professionals, on-demand services, blogs, guides, drawing-related assistance and other construction/home-related services introduced from time to time.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, BuildMap primarily acts as a digital discovery and facilitation platform connecting users with independent vendors, suppliers and service professionals. BuildMap does not automatically become a party to contracts, quotations, transactions or service agreements entered into directly between users and independent providers.

Certain features may require registration or OTP verification. Users must provide accurate information, protect passwords/OTPs/login credentials and notify BuildMap of suspected unauthorized activity. BuildMap may restrict accounts involved in suspected fraud, misuse or violation of these Terms.

Vendors/professionals are responsible for accurate and lawful profile information, including business/contact details, service areas, products/services, experience, pricing/quotations where applicable, qualifications/registrations where relevant and portfolio information. BuildMap may review, reject, suspend or remove misleading, fraudulent or inappropriate listings.

A listing on BuildMap does not automatically mean that a vendor or professional is verified, certified, endorsed or guaranteed. Any “Verified” badge should only be used after a defined verification process. Verification does not guarantee workmanship, product quality, pricing, competence, future conduct or service completion.

Before hiring or purchasing, users should independently verify identity/business details, experience, qualifications/licences where relevant, references, scope, specifications, pricing, payment terms, timelines and warranty/guarantee terms. Material buyers should verify product specifications, quantity, quality, taxes and delivery terms.

Prices, quotations and estimates may vary due to location, quantity, specifications, site conditions, labour, market prices, transportation, taxes and scope. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, final commercial terms are agreed directly between the user and the relevant provider.

Unless BuildMap explicitly provides a transaction facility, direct transactions/payments between users and independent providers are the responsibility of those parties. Users should verify payment recipients, invoices, milestones, cancellation/refund and warranty terms.

BuildMap calculators provide indicative/preliminary estimates only. Actual quantities, costs and requirements may vary due to drawings, structural design, site/soil conditions, specifications, methods, wastage, local prices, labour and engineering requirements. Calculator outputs are not a substitute for professional architectural, structural, engineering or financial advice.

BuildMap may facilitate discovery of professionals for house plans, drawing explanation, 3D visualization, architectural or engineering assistance. BuildMap itself does not certify or approve drawings merely by facilitating access to a professional. Required designs should be reviewed/approved by appropriately qualified professionals.

Blogs, articles, FAQs, videos, infographics and guides are primarily for general information and should not automatically be treated as substitutes for professional architectural, structural, legal, financial or safety advice.

Users/vendors may submit reviews, photos, drawings, documents, profiles, portfolio content or other material only when they have the right to do so. Content must not infringe intellectual-property/privacy rights, be fraudulent/unlawful, contain malware or prohibited material.

If reviews/ratings are offered, users should submit genuine experiences. Fake, manipulated, defamatory or fraudulent reviews may be removed. Moderation does not guarantee that every review represents all users’ experiences.

BuildMap’s original branding, design, graphics, software elements, databases and original content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unauthorized commercial copying, scraping, reproduction or misuse is prohibited.

Users and third parties must not falsely represent themselves as BuildMap or misuse BuildMap branding in a manner that creates confusion about affiliation or authorization.

Users must not create fraudulent accounts, impersonate others, submit intentionally false information, misuse OTP/login systems, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, unlawfully scrape data, manipulate reviews, infringe rights, harass others or use BuildMap for illegal/fraudulent activities.

BuildMap aims to maintain reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, technical issues, networks, security updates, third-party outages or events beyond reasonable control may affect services.

BuildMap may integrate/link to maps, payment gateways, communication services, social platforms or external websites. Independent third parties are governed by their own terms/policies, subject to applicable law.

Users should first attempt to resolve issues directly with independent vendors/professionals. BuildMap may, where appropriate, facilitate communication, but this does not automatically make BuildMap responsible for independent contractual obligations, workmanship, products or conduct.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BuildMap does not guarantee the accuracy of every third-party listing, quality/availability of every product or service, completion of independently contracted work, or exact calculator results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising from their unlawful misuse of BuildMap, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

Use of personal information is governed by the separate BuildMap Privacy Policy, which users should review.

BuildMap may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts/listings where reasonably necessary due to fraud, security risks, misuse, misleading information, Terms violations, legal requirements or risk to users/platform.

BuildMap may update these Terms as features, operations, payments/booking systems or legal requirements evolve. The latest version should show an updated “Last Updated” date.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and mandatory legal rights, disputes shall be subject to competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
